FOCUS Spring 2024

FREE for all participants.

This program meets Monday evenings from May 6th through June 3d, skipping May 27th (four sessions).  We start at 5:30pm with a family meal and then participate in family and individual activities.

This is a four-week communication workshop for individuals, couples, kids and teens. Sessions combine active skills, problem solving, and team building activities for all ages. Participants enjoy a meal together and attend their own life strategy groups. Adults are able to choose between new experiences like yoga, cooking, and life skills training as well as attending a workshop on building stronger relationships through effective communication. Children and Teens will be learning about expressing themselves through acting.

                 Class 1   6:00 - 6:45
                 Class 2   6:45 - 7:30
