FREE for all participants.
This program meets Monday evenings from November 18th through December 9th (four sessions). We start at 5:30pm with a family meal and then participate in family and individual activities.
This is a four-week communication workshop for individuals, couples, kids and teens. Sessions combine active skills, problem solving, and team building activities for all ages. Participants enjoy a meal together and attend their own life strategy groups. Adults are able to choose between new experiences like yoga, cooking, and life skills training as well as attending a workshop on building stronger relationships through effective communication. Children and Teens will be learning about expressing themselves through acting.

Schedule: Dinner 5:30 - 6:00
Class 1 6:00 - 6:45
Class 2 6:50 - 7:35
Classes offered:
Line Dancing (instructor TBD).
Teens 11-18: choose between Cards Can Talk for You - cardmaking with Dawn Muir, or Line Dancing (instructor TBD) for Class 1 and then will have workshop time with MJ for Class 2.
