Summary

Join us at 1pm on Sat Oct 5th at Blue Ridge School.  Meet in the gravel parking lot on the east side of Bacon Hollow Road and south of the athletic fields. 

We'll discuss the routes and obstacles.  We'll give suggestions on how to pack and wear a weighted ruck. We'll discuss what to wear and how to prepare for Ruck the Ridge.  Then we'll head out on a 3-mile ruck to experience the trails and some of the obstacles.
