We're updating our very popular Fearless Family program!
Instead of 4 consecutive Monday evenings, we are going to host one Friday evening each month for four months. Sign up to enjoy great meals, fun activities, and family strengthening workshops - and it's all still FREE!
Join us for our first session on March 7th from 5:30 - 7:30 PM as we celebrate your SUPER family and the super things you bring to this world. Fun for ALL ages.
Breakout Sessions include Book Club or a session led by Dr. Dan titled Finding your Power: Everyone has untapped superpowers. Learn how to focus your power and become a super family. We’ll focus on tactics for making an impact.
The Book Club will focus on the book, Designing your Life by Bill Burnett and Dale Evans. In this book, Burnett and Evans show us how design thinking can
help us create a life that is both meaningful and fulfilling, regardless of who or where we are, what we do or have done for a living, or how young or old we are. The same design thinking responsible for amazing technology, products, and spaces can be used to design and build your career and your life, a life of fulfillment and joy, constantly creative and productive, one that always holds the possibility of surprise. Participants will receive one copy of the book per household.
Teens and children will participate in an age-appropriate activity.
Join us at Patch Brewing Co. on Wednesday March 19th from 6pm - 8pm for B!NGO! Adult tickets are $10 and include 1 bingo book. Child admission is free but does not include a bingo book. Additional books are $5 each (credit card or PayPal for online pre-registration; credit card or cash at the event). Online pre-registration closes at 10pm the night before the event. These events fill up fast, so pre-register in advance to guarantee your spot! Doors open early and games start at 6pm. There are prizes for every winner! Food and drinks are available for purchase.
All proceeds will support Living Free Together programs for military families.
Join Living Free Together on Sunday March 23rd from 12:30-3:00pm for a fun family outing to Wildrock! Wildrock is a private 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting nature play for health and happiness - and is a long-time community partner of LFT. Wildrock offers a 3-acre Playscape with dozens of play zones and a creek, plus the Barn and Discovery Center is an indoor facility with additional play areas and materials. There is something for everyone here. Come spend some quality time in nature with family and friends!
The Wildrock LFT Family Day is FREE for all participants and will include lunch, exploring, family activities and age-appropriate breakout sessions. Our theme for the day is: Listening and learning from what you hear. Listening to our children. Listening to ourselves. Listening to nature.
